SHE WOLF
This is not the typical story about a bad wolf and a beautiful and sweet little girl that we have heard.
The story starts in the awesome and quiet Cordoba’s woods where all kind of wild creatures lived. That was the perfect place for all animals because it was their territory and the only world they knew; there, the giant, abundant and leafy trees, in its most Cuipa and Ceiba bonga, that trees kept them safe and also, they offer them food and shelter to the terrestrial animals and the birds that surrounded the place with their beautiful morning melody. In the deepest part of the wood, in a den at the foot of the biggest tree lived a family of wolves, mom wolf and his little son.
Everything started sixty years ago, when Mom wolf decided to take his little son to trap some rabbits because soon he would have to abandon the Mom’s den to defend himself such as nature said. When they were walking around the wood, the little wolf saw a group of rabbits and said to his Mom: – Look there. I am going to catch one to give it to you- and then she told him –wait a moment, dear. It is not that easy as you think- but he ignored her and he ran very fast to catch a rabbit for his Mom. Immediately, she began to run behind him and she persuaded him to stop, but he did not listen to her and suddenly she lost him between the bushes. Exhausted and without success with the rabbits, the little wolf stopped the rush to take a rest but he did not know where he was.
The place was totally different to the wood; that place was very clear, there was just few trees and also there was strange creatures that he had never seen. Those creatures were huge, they walked in two legs and lived in big dens. Everything was confused and inexplicable for the little wolf, so he decided to run as fast as he could until finding his home in the middle of the wood, when he felt safe. That was the first time he felt very afraid in his 9 years of life.
